Overview

This comprehensive training module covers essential skills and strategies for fostering social, emotional, ethical, and logical learning (SEEL) in educators and students. Aligned with the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) framework outlined in the National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020), it emphasises the development of self-awareness, self-management, and social awareness. Participants gain insights into recognising and understanding emotions, managing behaviours, and fostering empathy and positive communication in the classroom.

The module further explores responsible decision-making, cognitive skills enhancement, and the importance of a need-based approach in curriculum development to cater to diverse learning styles. Additionally, it offers specialised guidance on implementing SEEL principles for Children With Special Needs (CWSN) and utilising screening strategies for personalised assessment and progress tracking.

The training also addresses the significance of positive classroom management, integrating SEEL into lesson plans, and includes case studies demonstrating effective implementation strategies. The goal is to create supportive and inclusive learning environments conducive to students’ holistic development and well-being.
