Two-Day Training Workshop: November 28 and 29 from 5:00 PM -6:30 PM.
Introduce cognitive-behavioural strategies for supporting student success. The workshop covers techniques to address negative thought patterns, build resilience, and promote a positive mindset among students.

Day 1 Learning Outcomes:
1.Participants will gain a foundational understanding of cognitive-behavioural strategies and their role in supporting student success.
2.Teachers will learn to identify negative thought patterns that may hinder student success.
3.Discuss practical strategies for recognising and addressing cognitive distortions within the context of NGN SEEL principles.
4.Explore resilience-building techniques among students, emphasising the importance of overcoming setbacks and challenges.
Day 2 Learning Outcomes:
1. Teachers will learn how to implement cognitive-behavioural techniques in their teaching practices to support student success.
2. Discuss the development of lesson plans that incorporate NGN SEEL principles and cognitive-behavioural strategies.
3. Participants will discuss collaborative strategies among educators, students, and parents to enhance student success.
