• Behavior Management Action Plan: Create tailored action plans for parents, teachers, or counselors using NGN SEEL framework.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Engage in group discussions to address behavior management challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Reflection and Feedback: Reflect on learning journey and provide feedback on NGN SEEL strategies’ effectiveness and applicability.

Managing Students’ Mental Wellbeing and Behavior With NGN’s SEEL (Social, Emotional, Ethical, and Logical Learning)

• Define behavior management and its significance in children’s  development according to the Next Generation Social and Emotional Learning (NGN SEEL) pedagogy.
• Identify potential barriers and challenges in the India’s K12 education systems to promote positive behavior in children.
• Understand the specific benefits of promoting positive behavior the in academic, social, and emotional contexts, as described by the NGN SEEL framework.
• Learn effective strategies for managing children’s behavior, including positive reinforcement, behavior contracts, structured routines, and consequences, as developed by professionals.
• Understand the specific roles and responsibilities of parents, teachers, and counselors in managing children’s behavior according to the NGNSEEL approach.
• Apply NGNSEEL-based strategies for managing behavior in school, home, and counseling settings.
