Day 1 Learning Outcomes:

1.Participants will comprehend the concept of a growth mindset and its impact on student learning.

2.Teachers will explore the principles of NGN SEEL and its role in fostering social, emotional, ethical, and logical aspects of growth mindset development.

3.Participants will engage in interactive activities to identify and understand challenges associated with fixed mindsets in students

Day 2 Learning Outcomes:

1. Participants will acquire strategies for promoting resilience and a positive attitude towards learning in students.

2. Teachers will learn how to integrate NGN SEEL principles into daily teaching practices to cultivate a growth mindset.

3. Participants will collaboratively design and share practical classroom activities to encourage effort, persistence, and a love of learning.
