Day 1 Learning Outcomes:
1.Participants will develop a comprehensive understanding of emotional resilience in the context of student development.
2.Explore the foundational principles of Next Generation Nations’ Social, Emotional, Ethical, and Logical Learning (NGN SEEL) as a framework for promoting emotional resilience.
3.Teachers will learn to identify factors that impact emotional resilience in students, including external stressors and internal challenges.
Day 2 Learning Outcomes:
1. Participants will acquire practical strategies aligned with NGN SEEL to build emotional resilience in students actively.
2. Discuss the development of lesson plans and activities that focus on fostering a positive mindset and coping skills.
3. Discuss the integration of these approaches into everyday teaching practices to create a supportive and nurturing learning environment.
