Day 1 Learning Outcomes:

1.Participants will understand the importance of mindful communication in the teaching profession.

2.Teachers will learn and practice effective listening skills, emphasising the role of attentive and empathetic listening in building positive relationships.

3.Discuss how NGN SEEL principles align with and enhance the practice of mindful listening in the educational context.

Day 2 Learning Outcomes:

1. Teachers will explore practical ways to integrate mindful communication techniques into their daily teaching practices.

2. Discuss the development of lesson plans and classroom strategies that align with NGN SEEL principles to create a positive and communicative learning environment.

3. Discuss the integration of NGN SEEL principles in parent-teacher interactions for effective communication and mutual understanding.
