Day 1 Learning Outcomes:
1.Participants will understand the importance of teaching conflict resolution skills in a high school setting.
2.Teachers will explore the principles of NGN SEEL and its role in providing practical strategies for conflict resolution and peer mediation.
3.Participants will discuss the impact of conflict resolution skills on creating a positive and harmonious school environment.
Day 2 Learning Outcomes:
1.Participants will acquire practical techniques aligned with NGN SEEL for teaching conflict resolution to high school students.
2.Teachers will learn how to integrate NGN SEEL principles into role-playing activities and communication techniques to empower students in resolving conflicts peacefully.
3.Participants will collaboratively design and share plans for implementing peer mediation programs, incorporating NGN SEEL principles to promote a culture of understanding and cooperation in high schools.
