Frequently asked questions

Next Generation Nations
In 2017, NGN began its operations as a nonprofit organization in Silicon Valley, California, the USA. NGN’s moonshot vision is to ‘Educate, Engage and Empower,’ the next generation leaders on the global issues by 2120. Thousands of students from the USA, India, Singapore, Canada, Ghana, and Tanzania are Club NGN members, learning to solve their local issues with a razor-sharp focus and an agile, global mindset.
NGNLearning operates under NGNSoft Inc., headquartered in California, USA, and Gujarat, India. NGNLearning’s mission is to transform traditional education into Social Impact-based global learning experiences.
Social Impact (SI)-Based Global education is a system that counters what is deficient in the current need-based education system. While the present system trains students to be able to tackle today’s issues Global education aims at skilling students for future roles and responsibilities. It broadens their worldview. The SI Curriculum trains the children to be empathic to global issues, work collaboratively across cultures and countries, and use their skills to explore solutions that positively affect humanity. The Social Impact-based global education system integrates curricular knowledge with global Environmental, Social and Good Governance (ESG) issues, helping students become compassionate, global change-makers and leaders.
NGN Learning’s Social Impact-based curriculum is mapped to national and international standards for quality education. It adheres to the global education guidelines and aligns its learning objectives to the Global Schools’ learning curricula. Your child will get to view the common core subjects through a global lens. They will develop a global citizenship mindset with confidence to confront NGN’s 21 global issues like zero hunger, poverty, affordable housing, clean water access, building a non-violent society, tackling global warming, integrating AI and robotics into human society, championing space technologies and many more.
The answer is that Social Impact-based learning ensures that the child learns ‘ Application of Knowledge’ in the right way. To put it simply, a problem solution learned in the classroom should help the child solve similar real-life issues too. Unfortunately, the present education system does not allow this to happen. Many parents and educators have pointed out that the current education system is outdated, impractical, and narrowly tailored to local perspectives. However, NGN Learning’s system integrates core subjects learning with the life-skills building so that when children pass out of schools and colleges, they are ready to face the world and its challenges with ease and confidence.
At the heart of global education lies the idea, ‘Let the child Explore!’ It allows the students to connect with their world, appreciate multiple viewpoints, be empathic to ESG issues, work collaboratively across cultures and countries, and use training and knowledge to explore solutions that positively impact the progress of humanity. A study conducted by the NGNLearning research center for social changes concluded the following: · 87% of first and second graders are curious to know more about poverty, homelessness, hunger, and environmental issues. They could understand math concepts better by solving real-world issues incorporated in the NGNMath. · 92% of third and fourth graders illustrated logically (using NGNLogic tools) the human toll involved in migrations due to war and other insecurities. · 78% of fifth-graders were able to comprehend and embrace the use of AI and robotics in human life, using NGN Social Emotional Learning (NGN SEL) tools. · 93% of Kindergarten children were able to put together visual information with Captain NGN (a superhero character of NGNLearning) by helping needy people who lacked access to education, healthcare, food, and clean water.

Children develop their cognitive skills between the ages of 5 to 13 years. They gradually move from fantasy to the logical world. As they grow, they also develop their independent identities. They will be ready to think out of the box and make sound decisions. This training will guide them in their academic learning too. Gradually your child will improve academic performance.
