How To Perform International NGN Logic Olympiad at your School
We are thrilled to invite your esteemed institution to participate in the International NGN Logic Olympiad Competition, an exciting opportunity for your students to showcase their logical and mathematical abilities globally.Â
As pioneers in promoting logical thinking and nurturing young minds, we believe your school would be an ideal candidate to participate in this prestigious event.
Basic Information:
- School Registration Deadline: April 15, 2024
- Competition Date: April 2024 to May 2024
- Student Registration Fee: Rs. 200 per student (incl. GST)
- Participation Eligibility: No restrictions; students must be able to read and answer questions independently
- Minimum Enrollment: 05 students
- Assign a Manager from your institution to co-ordinate the exam in-person or online
Exam Logistics:
In-Person Center Managers:
- On the designated exam day, you will receive question booklets and answer cards (OMR Sheets) for your participating students.
- Additionally, you will be granted access to an Excel sheet to mark attendance.Â
- Following the test, either on the same day or the day after, kindly scan and email the answer sheets to the provided email address.Â
- Rest assured, you may retain the original copies of the answer sheets for at least 11 months.Â
- Within a month, we will send you awards to honor your winners.
Online Center Managers:
- You will receive Google Form links for participants to answer during the exam.
- Â Therefore, there is no requirement for test booklets or answer sheets.Â
- Like in-person centers, you can access an Excel sheet for attendance tracking.Â
- After one month, we will send you awards for your distinguished winners.
Responsibilities of the International NGN Logic Olympiad Manager:
- Equal Participation Opportunities: Every student, irrespective of their logical and mathematical abilities, will have an equal opportunity to participate in the Olympiad.
- Review Competition Material: Review the received competition material to ensure accuracy and address potential discrepancies.
- Email Communication: Two weeks before the exam, email registered students a warm welcome message. Kindly request them to verify the correctness of their name, grade, and participation center.
- Co-ordinator: Prepare volunteers, such as parents or educators, to invigilate students during the exam, whether in-person or online.
- Scanning and Emailing: Scan all answer sheets or OMR sheets (if applicable) immediately after the test or within one day. Send the scanned copies to the provided email address. Retain the original copies for a minimum of 11 months.
- Award Review: Thoroughly review the awards received to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies.
- Congratulatory Email: Send a congratulatory email to the winners, providing details of the awards ceremony or pick-up arrangements.

Once we receive your registration application, we will promptly contact you within one week with further details, including the readiness information required to notify your students about the registration being opened.

Additionally, you will be granted access to a school portal on the NGN Learning dashboard.
For student registration, please use and give the(link) STUDENT PROFILE-NGN LOGIC OLYMPIAD to the students or interested parents. Students may either register themselves, fill out the profile form and return it to you for registration.Â
It is important to note that students from different grades can register for different grade-level Olympiads based on their capabilities.Â
Furthermore, each student will receive a complimentary preparatory book tailored to their chosen grade.
