Learning Outcomes

1. Demonstrate proficiency in applying Social, Emotional, Ethical and Logical Learning (SEEL) based behaviour management strategies through role-play scenarios.

2. Identify potential barriers and challenges in India’s K12 education systems to promote positive behaviour in students.

3. Identify challenges in promoting positive behaviour in India’s K12 education system through the analysis of case studies.

4. Engage in group discussions to address behaviour management challenges and develop innovative solutions, integrating NGN SEEL strategies.

5. Create tailored behaviour management action plans for parents, teachers, or counselors using the NGN SEEL framework to support social-emotional development.

6. Learn effective strategies for managing student’s behaviour, including positive reinforcement, behaviour contracts, structured routines, and consequences, as developed by professionals.

7. Understand the specific roles and responsibilities of parents, teachers, and counselors in managing student’s behaviour according to the NGN SEEL approach.
